Hotel Elegant Lux

Stayed here for a week with my son snowboarding. The hotel is clean and tidy with housekeeping everyday. The staff are brilliant and very friendly. We stayed half board. The breakfast is a Continental buffet and has a good choice of bread, meats, cheese, fruit etc. There was also sausage, eggs (fried and scrambled) plus other hot food if you wanted it. Evening meal was a set 3 course menu with 3 or 4 choices per course. For the price I thought the meals were really good quality with enough variety for the weeks stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping (like all the staff) were brilliant. The hotel is probably 5 mins walk to the centre of town and gondola so an ideal location. I would stay here again.

Great value for money. Staff was very pleasant. 350 meters walk from the gondola, although they offer shuttle service to the gondola. Great spa, jacuzzi, sauna and a pool. Gym has old facilities, enough for weight lifting essentials. Definitely will return there

We were three guys travelling to Bansko to ski. The hotel was great and we had bed&breakfast. The hotel was near the Gondola, walking distance. But we used transfer back and forth from the Gondola, hotel service. The hotel is basically in the center of ski environment which means you get a lot of choices with great restaurants and other social activities. You can also eat lunch and dinner at the hotel.
