Hotel is located at the right spot. The service privided by the staff is reqlly great no chance for complaints. Very helpful people. Rooms are clean and in good condition.
Wonderful hotel, very down to earth staff - totally a "mi casa, su casa" approach. I didn't want to use plastic bottles for water, so they came over with a pitcher of water (from their 5 gallon water dispenser in the rooftop restaurant). Overall great service, wonderful staff, close to offices, restaurants, stadiums, farmers markets etc.
when I booked online through Priceline the breakfast was included. After breakfast I was handed a bill, it took one hour of talking to the receptionist and another hour to Priceline to get it straightened out. Would not recommend this hotel unless you have hours to spend fixing their bad communication with the travel companies.
