Very welcoming people, good food
The worst experience of my life. The rooms are very very small , there is not enough parking spaces for all the guests also they are not marked. The worst thing about all is the restaurant/bar staff, we came back tired after a long day of swimming and went to the bar next to the pool , After not being served for 25minutes we left (As an owner of a restaurant I can tell this is the worst mistake , they didn't even gave us a sign that they have a rush , it was like we dont exist there.)there were waiters at every corner , and everything seemed disorganised. On the checkout , when I was paying, their POS Terminal had some issue and couldn't pay with card, they were rude to me like I am some sort of scammer, had to rush to the closest ATM and pay with cash , no this is not 1980 it's 2025 , you could at least expect from a hotel to be able to pay with card.... All in all terrible experience. I love Jesolo but will never come back in this hotel , would not reccomend to anyone.
I called the reception to check if the gift that i sent to my friend was delivered 30.08.2021. The Lady on the front Desk was super disrespectful and was laughing from every my word as well as another Lady on the reception. The Customer Service that this hotel is showing is way below the real Hotel Service. I have NEVER experienced such a disrespect for such a simple question. I hope the hotel will see my review and will FIRE this Receptionist, as it is UNAPROPRIATE to speak like this with the calling people! SUPER BAD!
