Hotel Ella

The hotel was good - spacious and clean room, quiet neighbourhood, great pool. My favourite part of it was the service, especially valet parking. Joel had such a positive vibe that made my day. He was one of the kindest person I had ever met, walking us through the public parking policies of Austin. It was super helpful as it was our first time here. Would definitely visit here again!

I wish I had upgraded to the room by the pool with a patio! But I got a great deal for a nice cozy room just for me. Great accommodations. The restaurant was fantastic, enjoyed breakfast each morning and noticed the menu changed daily which is nice. Valet was pricey, but worth it. Easy check in and service round the clock! Would recommend.

I had an incredible experience at Hotel Ella, and I can’t say enough about the amazing hospitality I received throughout my stay. From the moment I checked in, I felt truly welcomed and cared for. A special shoutout to Cece she was absolutely phenomenal! Cece’s kindness, professionalism, and warm energy set the tone for the entire visit. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. People like her are the reason guests come back! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the rest of the staff were just as attentive and friendly. Every part of my stay was seamless, relaxing, and filled with thoughtful details. I highly recommend Hotel Ella to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place to feel genuinely welcomed. I’ll definitely be returning!
