Hotel Elysees Regencia

Such a nice hotel. The staff was so nice and was always in a good mood. The breakfast was nice and there were a lot of options. As for the rooms themselves, they were very spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable too. The views were stunning and the location was perfect. About 10 min walk from George V metro station and 12 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Lots of great places to eat around the hotel too. The only minor bad thing was that the walls are quite thin. You can hear conversations from some rooms and the hallways if they are loud and your room is quiet.

Overall, the hotel was nice, clean and well-located, but not exactly high-end. What really stood out, though, was the contrast in the staff’s attitude. Most of the front desk team weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, which was disappointing. However, there was one gentleman at the front desk (I think his name was Quentin or something similar) who was genuinely kind and welcoming, he made a real difference in my stay. Credits to him! If you’re looking for a decent hotel in a good area, it’s a solid option, just don’t expect luxury level service.

The hotel was good. In the middle of the city. However it’s 1km walk from everything. So nothing is next door but everything is walkable. Reception staff is polite and proactive. Housekeeping staff can open your room without permission.
