Absolutely wonderful stay! I’d like to give a special thank you to Maxim for his unbelievable attention—both via email before my arrival and in person throughout my stay. Every request I had was met with kindness and efficiency, from the early check-in to the lovely room with a balcony. I truly appreciated the breakfast brought into the room, which made the mornings even more special. I highly recommend this hotel and would like to come back.
Nice hotel with a great location! We had a beautiful view from our room, and it’s just a short walk to the Triumphal Arch and plenty of great shops. The only downside was that the bathroom door didn’t close properly—we had to use my backpack to keep it shut. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay!
My sister and I stayed here for 4 days, and it was amazing. First of all, the staff is adorable, they were always very kind and helpful. We mentioned it on the first day that we came to Paris to celebrate my sister's birthday, and on the next day while we were out, they prepared balloons, hearts, two bars of handmade soap and a handwritten letter for her birthday! It was the best hotel experience and we'll never forget it. The room was also very clean and pretty, and the breakfast was filling and delicious too. It's a 10*/10🧡
