Hotel Ema&Zain

On Saturday,27 th of April, 2024 together with relatives visited the hotel. Luminica was at work. She welcomed us kindly and accomodated us even though we had arrived earlier. We had asked her for assistance,she immediately responded to the request, and provided us with the necessary help. We were also satisfied with the cleanliness of both, the rooms we used, and the hotel building. Thank you Luminica for your friendly and personal service! We would definitely stay there again. We traveled with our 2 little daughters and had an apartment - good room sizes, we got plenty of towels (they have the good white bed sheets and towels), could park in front of the hotel (they have now a bigger parking in front of the hotel, they were arranging it right these days), big bathroom with a separated toilet (inside the bathroom, but enclosed), a small fridge. Those who need them will also find a big enough wardrobe in the second room. Our daughters had plenty of room to play around and discover. Everything is new. a very good place for families with children at a very good price.

I had room number 1, there is huge LED light outside the whole night and there is no way to hide from it. The gate is on code but you can open it without the code, so I realy did not feel safe and could no sleep well. Room was kinda dirty if you looked at it into the detail and there were allways some sounds from the toilet. Not a good experience.
