Great service, beautiful hotel. Rooms were AC cold which was a plus for us with in being in the high 90's each day. Breakfast was great and a perfect location.
Conveniently located 10 minutes walk from the city train station and 15 to 20 minutes walk from the main attractions of Florence. The streets nearby aren't the cleanest and there were a few homeless people sleeping rough near. Large groups of non-local ethnicities gathered early evening and it didn't feel as safe walking back to the hotel. The hotel is right next to a tram way with no sound proofing so you'll hear the trams all night. The air con unit was located under the window, giving the option of closing the curtains or having the air conditioning running. The room was spacious enough to have suitcases out and still move around. Breakfast is a self service buffet, with other options such as gluten-free available on request. The reception lobby has iced lemon water available for service service. Overall felt like a reasonable 3 star hotel.
Excellent, safe location five minutes walk from the main railway station. Relatively close to city centre, 15 minutes walk . Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean and quiet, breakfast was standard with a decent amount of choice . Would recommend for anyone travelling by train in Italy. I would stay there again
