Hotel EMC2 Autograph Collection

This hotel was perfect. Unique from the moment you step foot out of your car at valet. Kaleb was such a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. He showed us some of the cool technology that this hotel utilizes during your stay, like the robots. I especially enjoyed the layout of the room, the industrial, artsy feel. Very clean and perfect walking distance from many restaurants, coffee shops and parks.

I've stayed here a few times, and love the rooms out here so much. There are slightly cheaper hotels in the area, but I think this is worth the extra money. Tried the hotel restaurant- The Albert for breakfast this time, and I may have had the best baked eggs and pancakes of my life. Also, shout-out to Eric at the front desk for being so nice and helpful.

We stayed at hotel EMC2 several weeks ago for 6 days, and it was so so nice very up-to-date. The rooms were kind of small but nice, I love fact the shower was in the middle of the room which is kinda neat. I’ve never seen that before, I didn’t have to get up to change the temperature of the room and control all the lights from the bed with the TV remote, that helps when you’re already snuggled up in bed. I love the location of the hotel because it was right off Michigan Ave and very walkable to a lot of a different places. We didn’t have to use Uber unless it was pretty far from the hotel! The best part of our stay was my favorite front desk staff Jacquelyn she was amazing!!! She was very attentive, very sweet, kind and professional, she gave us a list of restaurants to choose from that was relatively close to the hotel which was helpful because this was my first time in Chicago. Every encounter we at this hotel with nothing short of amazing, everyone was very kind very sweet. The hotel was clean. Housekeeping was amazing 10 out of 10. Mr. Aubrey was very kind to help us obtain a taxi to the airport prior to our departure from the hotel. He was extremely helpful! We felt very welcome at this hotel, If you want to find a place that’s niche, clean and technologically up-to-date, with great service is the hotel for you!
