Hotel Emma at Pearl on the Riverwalk

Excellence all the way! Everyone went out of their way to help us celebrate our daughter’s birthday (2023). Annual we go to different locations in and out of the country to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. We booked 2 rooms with breathtaking views. This hotel is surrounded by natural beauty, and is conveniently located in the Pearl District. The fresh smells the the lobby and in the rooms made us go directly to shop requesting their scent which we now purchase annually.

My husband, son and I ate at Supper for my birthday brunch. Adam greeted us at Valet and went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Our brunch was amazing with excellent service. As we left Adam greeted us again with cold waters and a birthday gift of Emma’s signature perfume. I was incredibly touched. This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service. We will be going again to stay the night next time to have access to the renowned library. If you haven’t been to Emma, GO! Enjoy the historic and beautiful ambience.

I did think the room would be a little more special for two nights at $1500. But I’m really here to talk about the customer service. Whatever Hotel Emma is doing to train their staff or reward them for their customer service absolutely works. I am a single older lady that would not ever expect to be prioritized in most service industries like restaurants because I am seen as low value. To a person, I was treated so courteously, so special. I was given little treats because I was here for my birthday, Emma is doing customer service very very right. And I really want to shout out Malcolm in the Sternewirth bar. And a young woman bartender from 8/12, name like Mina? She is your brand. And the lovely singer guitarist in 8/13. She was amazing. also, people are really sleeping on the swimming pool.
