Hotel Enkelana

Amazing crew! especially the kitchen team is so helpful. Lots of greetings to aslan chef. The location is amazing and they have a private beach for entering the lake. Def recommend

The Enkelena was overall a great place to stay. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The view was great. The location is top notch. And we would certainly come again. But it wasn't without it's issues that might be of concern to some travelers. Though most of the stay was great there were 2 places that cold use some real improvement: the on-site restaurant and the indoor pool. The restaurant has a great location and wonderful view but was seemingly understaffed. There was only 1 waiter serving the many tables outside and it was very difficult to get his attention. I had to flag down another worker who told me the 1 waiter would be there soon. But I had to get that same person's attention another time before anyone came over. It took over 15 minutes for me to just get a menu. As for the food, I can tell you the grilled fish was good but the grilled vegetables came basically raw. They had grill marks on them but there must have been very little heat. The eggplant and zucchini were still crunchy. The indoor pool was also pretty bad. When we went to use it, the lights were off and there was only 1 towel on the shelf. We asked at the desk if there were open and were told it was (and that we could just turn the lights on ourselves. It doesn't appear to be heated and the water was colder than in the lake. Upon getting in we discovered the bottom was kind of slimy. And Looking at the tiles on the side of the pool the group was some combination of moldy/filthy. There was no chemical smell in the water - it definitely needed some chlorine. The pool (and area for lounging near the pool) is absolutely desperate for a major cleaning. Both of the issues can be avoided and on a future visit we would just plan to eat off-site (and there is some great food nearby) and we would skip the pool in favor of swimming in the lake.

The hotel was nice ,staff was friendly. Out room was very big we took e family room .Was clean and with a great view. The pool was not very clean and looks like a old space there ,I think the pool space need a restauration.
