Hotel Enzian Hochsölden Superior

Our stay at Enzian was incredible! Stunning views of the mountains from the restaurant and SPA area. Our room was very spacious and cozy, however Wi-Fi was not working on the TV but you can ask for an HDMI cable at the front desk. True ski-in and ski-out access with a spacious ski storage room. The staff was also very friendly and helpful and we especially enjoyed the service of the waitress Kara who was very attentive and fast. The food at the restaurant was delicious although at times a bit too salty for our taste. Tap water and bottled water are charged almost the same (3.00 vs 3.20). The afternoon snacks can pretty much substitute the entire lunch and always include one soup, one main dish (usually different kinds of traditional sausages), extensive salad bar and a few pies for dessert. As for the late check-out, you can easily ski on your last day if you are leaving in the afternoon or in the evening, but it would be nice to add regular towels to the late check-out room with the shower.

It's nice to watch from the balcony how snow groomers prepare the slopes at night. A wonderful place for skiing, great ski lifts and slopes that come straight from the ski room. Hotel Enzian is located at the intermediate gondola station at an altitude of 2300 meters above sea level. The restaurant is excellent, the food is sophisticated and the service is very nice. SPA zone with an outdoor pool and a sauna window, great!

Staying here is like being in a dream. Wonderful location on the sensational slopes of Soelden, and the jaw dropping views can be seen from most of the hotel. You can take your equipment from your personal locker and be on the piste within moments. The spa, restaurant and bar are all wonderful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My only negative issues are the rooms are very hot and it's difficult to cool them to a comfortable point. Also the great outdoor pool is nudist only in the afternoons (when you want to use it after a ski).
