Hotel Enzo

On behalf of Gerald Y. & our recent week's stay at Hotel Enzo Porto Recanati. Generally, the service was good, hotel is clean and staff members are very helpful. We would like to highlight 2 special staff members namely: Angela and Sylvia. They are so caring and helpful. Angela, true to her name was quite an angel as she went the extra mile to give us information, checking on us and always maintained service with a smile. We witnessed 1st hand how her patience was tested with a challenging walk-in customer. She has the patience and care of a Saint. God bless Angela and Sylvia & the rest of the team. Send our Regards to the breakfast team - Flavio, Antonio, & Matteo as well please. Sadly, one fact remains despite all the good that Enzo hotel provides... On both Friday and Saturday nights, we could get little to No Sleep untill about 3am/4am. There was super loud deafening music & wild shouts from the hotel's Principal street. Loud talking, choking sounds, and cigarette smokes wafting even up into our 2nd level rooms. The music would stop around 2am from the nearby dining bars, restaurants but shouts and screams on both nights quietened down only past 3am..or later. This made sleeping conditions impossible but also extremely stressful. We had wanted to give a totally positive review about the place and staff, but this is our honest experience of our stay here.

Hotel Enzo Porto Recanati has a quite good service, nice, but not excellent, the location , in porto recanati is near the centre and you can reach every point in the city in few minutes.

The most upsetting thing is that at the checkout, I received a call at 11:15 from the receptionist (9-Jan) asking to free the room. I was already prepared with my luggage, but it was really impolite. I didn't check the time of check-out, so I thought it was at 11:00 and I was sure to have just 15 minutes of delay, instead the checkout time was at 10:30am, so I accumulated a delay of 45min. Anyway, this is the first time in 25 years of travel that I receive a phone call from the receptionist saying literally "You need to free the room". I believe another approach would be "Sir, do you need additional time?" ... and I want also to add that it was Sunday morning, and I didn't have the feeling that the hotel was super crowded. Really an unprofessional way of working. As said, this is the first time that happened to me in 25 years of travelling.
