Comfortable and clean room, friendly and attentive hotel staff. The Restoraunt offers great menu options, the service is very good.We really enjoyed our stay there.
The stay was excellent! The hotel exudes a classic and classy charm. The service is exceptional, and the breakfast was delightful. While the rooms have a traditional style, they are incredibly comfortable, with meticulous attention to detail. The towels are thick and fresh, the bed is cozy, and the room feels five-star. The spa is also first-rate and impeccably maintained. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, though much too short.
The hotel has a really nice location in the center of Ettlingen. The rooms are spacious enough for a family of four with two children, and the facilities, including the spa and pools, are amazing. We had a very relaxing weekend and really liked it. As usual, some guests think children should behave like adults and were rude, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
