Stayed here for 4 nights. Got a very nice room - large with big a bed, sofa. Two separate washrooms. Excellent location- walking distance from everything- The Guggenheim, shops, restaurants- basically it is in the middle of the whole city. Service is excellent- special shout out to Jon and Mikel. It has parking too - need to reserve.
Very nice hotel close to Guggenheim and 300 m from the airport bus. Safe posh area. Large nice gym. Excellent service. Nice large room with aircondition. The roof terrace has a terrific view.
Simply one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Europe. Great location in the central part of the city and within walking distance from all the key landmarks. Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Even after we checked out our requests were attended to within minutes. Room was very spacious and amenities were great. Also easily the best breakfast buffet spread in Europe thus far. 10/10 recommended stay.
