Hotel Eridano

Hotel was clean and tidy. Some spider web in the toilet but OK. Small set of tooth brush and toothpaste in case you don't have your own. Small handsope and small bottle of shower gel provided. Mini bar was decent prices I don't know because I was not using it. My room had a balcony so for the smokers is OK. Breakfast is nice and sufficient. Some sound coming from pigeons but nothing bad. Rooms are little old-fashioned but clean and tidy. Staff is polite and helpful.

This hotel is worthless The have cold showers or black water from the showers They keep turning off the airconditioner Personal trying to fool you I think this hotel is not worth the 4 stars it has

Don't recommend it all! Last night i had one of the most terrible experience at this place because of the aggressive attitude of the owner. We were having a dinner( Farewell party) we were numerous, there were kids, teachers, parents. When i noticed that i lost my diamond bracelet (Diamonds are tiny) so it's not about the cost. It was a very precious gift! I was very desperate, first i asked the waiter to help me to search for it, his reply was '' go find it yourself! " then i was advised to talk to the owner. Forget about" the customer is always right's slogan" please at this place!First she accused me that i am a trouble maker because my son had a stomach ache after drinking a coke.. (i guess because the heavy amount of caffeine) i didn't say they are not clean i didn't say anything more than the caffeine thing! Didn't even complain about it! They asked and i simply replied! The second problem i made, was when i asked for my risotto because i didn't get mine! And it didn't end it here! She looked at my hands and said that i am not wearing any diamonds ! And when i pointed my diamond ring she said it's surely a silver one! First i didn't get her point! But i realized later on that she is saying bruttally that i am inventing the story!!! To cut long story short, the lady (the owner) was so rude, unfair & judgmental (obviously she's a racist, I am arab&veiled) she threatened me, yelled at me, lied when others interfered. If you are used to stay in luxury hotels where they know how to treat their clients respectfully, properly, genuinely, this is not definitely your destination ! If you don't have other selections because the lack of hotels in this neighbourhood, please don't bring any precious items with you!! They won't be helpful anyway! ARABS STAY AWAY!
