My wife and I stayed 4 days in this hotel in Fiuggi. The room was simply WONDERFUL they gave us a room in the annex. There is a swimming pool, abundant breakfast, lunch and dinner sometimes it is done there sometimes they send you to their other hotel, the food is very good. Very friendly staff and always attentive to our every need. Thanks for everything. Definitely recommended!
Would give 0 if I could. Dirty rooms (stained pillows, backing up drains)....rude staff...not as advertised....inedible food at breakfast and tea (unable to cook an edible omlette, hair in lasagne, toaster a health and fire hazard, juice machine ran out of concentrate for 4 days and churning out cloudy water). Like a bad Italian version of faulty towers! Avoid at all costs. (I don't mind clean quirky and basic but this place was none of these)
Hotel not as advertised - unfinished, non existent pool just a hole on what looks like a building site and customer service poor.
