The incredible staff greeted us with genuine smiles and exceptional hospitality, setting the tone for a memorable stay. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful arrangement of flowers and a bottle of champagne waiting for us. This thoughtful gesture truly made us feel special and was a perfect start to our romantic getaway. Throughout our stay, the staff remained attentive and responsive to our needs, ensuring that we were comfortable and well taken care of. Every morning, we indulged in the delightful breakfast buffet, which was nothing short of amazing. The selection was vast and included fresh fruits, rich cappuccinos, robust espressos, delectable cold cuts, artisanal breads, and creamy yogurt. Whatever we desired, the staff was more than willing to accommodate our requests, making sure we had everything we needed to start our day off right. One of the highlights of our experience was the owner, who took the time to personally connect with us. She frequently checked in to see how our day was going, offering valuable recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Her passion for hospitality and knowledge of the area truly enhanced our stay. Excellent. Worth the money. Kind and helpful staff, happy to chit chat, with fluent english. Smooth transfer to and from the port at our convenience. Amazing facility. The landscaping with trees and bushes creates a beatiful atmosfera. The solarium offers a great view of the gran catere. Direct access to the acque calde beach. You will need to walk or swim about 200 meters to reach the hottest points. Less than 100 meters from sabbbie nere beach. Five minutes walking from the center. We took a standard room. Cozy, with large bathroom, good mattress, very clean, with a veranda. Breakfast includes really delicious pastries and cakes. A light lunch at reasonable price is available as an extra. Ebikes are available for rent at the hotel, very useful to move around the island and reach all the viewpoints.

Stayed for 6 nights and it was a dream! It started with really warm welcome and a great introduction of the location, which is amazing! Lorena (hotel manager) gave as good recommendations for activities and restaurants. Breakfast had a big selection of international and local food. It varied every day (love it). Super friendly stuff and hotel room were cleaned everyday perfectly. Will come back soon!
