Hotel Erzberg

Wonderful week staying at the Hotel Erzberg! The family who run the hotel are delightful; the staff who work there are also extremely friendly and personable; and the service and attention to detail was outstanding. Whilst admittedly not hugely varied, the food was also excellent and the kitchen really went the extra mile in providing dairy free options for me. All in all, it’s a perfect ski-in ski-out base to one of the best ski areas in Europe. Hope to return soon!

We recently spent some incredible days at Hotel Erzberg in Zürs, Arlberg, and it truly felt like a home away from home. This charming, family-run hotel boasts not only incredibly friendly staff but also a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. The staff at Hotel Erzberg were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The warm hospitality truly added to the overall experience. Another highlight was the delicious food. We actually planned on also dining outside, but the food was simply too good to eat somewhere else. The coziness of the hotel extended beyond the comfortable rooms. The common areas were inviting and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the slopes. Speaking of slopes, the hotel's direct access to the Arlberg ski region was a major perk for skiers and snowboarders like us. We could literally ski right out the door and hit the slopes! We also met some very nice fellow guests during our stay, adding to the overall friendly atmosphere. Overall, Hotel Erzberg exceeded our expectations. With its delicious food, friendly staff, and convenient location, we can't wait to return for another wonderful stay!

We enjoyed the most beautiful week at Hotel Erzberg - a truly special place which is lovingly run by Barbara, Horst and Alexander. We immediately felt like we had been welcomed into a family home - the generosity and warmth of Barbara and her family made this holiday one to remember. The food was exceptional - tasty, fresh and beautifully presented and the rooms were immaculate. Perfect location to access the slopes. We would love to return!
