Hotel Erzherzog Rainer

Met my hopes and expectations. Good hotel in suitably Viennese atmosphere. Neat, clean, atmospheric and very good location. Friendly and committed staff, from reception to waiters to chambermaids. Eye for detail and proud of their history. We had a good laugh because of the note under the bed. The hotel and staff confirm again why I love coming to Austria.

Visiting Vienna has always been a lifelong dream of mine — a city I imagined in stories, music, and quiet daydreams. Staying at this hotel didn’t just make the trip comfortable; it completed the dream. From the warm welcome at check-in to the cozy elegance of the room, every detail made me feel like I belonged to this city, even if just for a few days. The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling and ready to help. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful enough to enjoy quiet mornings. Thank you for being a part of my Vienna story. I’ll carry this memory with me forever.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a good location, out of the crowded area but still close to most major attractions. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of foods. Maria and Vince were standouts at the front desk. They were helpful and always greeted us with a warm smile.
