If you have a car the location is perfect. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had to cancel the last 2 days and they refunded the whole amount which was very nice of them. Breakfast is good and the service is really nice. It has a nice atmosphere and you also have free parking in front of the hotel. ✨
This hotel was better than we thought. I read some negative comments, but it was totally fine. Of course the hotel is not new but it's renovated, the room was nice, the breakfast was good and the staff was amazing, our daughter loved them they were so kind and helpful. The location was also very good to explore the island, and just a few kilometers from funchal, the view from our balcony was breathtaking. It's totally recommended. 10/10. Thanks for everything! Good location at reasonable prices compared to other places nearby. A solid 3-star hotel with some old-fashioned looks but renovated appliances in the rooms. The staff was very welcoming and kind, always available and useful. The breakfast has a great variety of 3 to 4 different fresh fruits, which change slightly every day. Continental breakfast style but very limited options for alternative diets. Private parking lot.
