Hotel Esplanade Dortmund

Great spot. Perfect location, two minutes walk to the U banh. Decent restaurant options nearby. Room was super comfortable with AC. Cannot say enough good things about the staff. Nice, helpful and professional. You could tell they really care. Also €15 parking, not bad!

I stayed here from 18th to 21st of april. I was given a very warm welcome on the day of my arrival. My grattitude goes out to the staff and especially the nice man that showed me around when I first entered the hotel. My hotelroom was good and clean. Not big but that is not a problem at all since I was traveling alone. Breakfast was also very nice with a good variation of food. The location of the hotel is perfect; close to the Hauptbahnhof and also close to the centre.

We booked this hotel for a Euro 2024 match and it ended being a great choice. The staff at this hotel is super friendly and they genuinely care about your stay making sure you have everything you need. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable and if you choose to eat at the hotel they have some great food too. It's quick ride to the stadium but I only know that from google maps as we choose to walk the distance everyday. It's a great walk and you go right through the city center so if you time it right you can walk for 15-20 stop somewhere for a bite or some beers and walk the rest. Weather you're coming here for a soccer match or just to visit the lovely city of Dortmund you won't be disappointed if you stay here. They even left a hand written card and some treats in the room for us, while not a huge deal, you can tell everything about this place has that level of care tied to it. Book with confidence and have a great time :)
