Excellent hotel, rooms very comfortable with A/C and fridge. Spotless clean. Service and food in the restaurant well above standards .Breakfasts with plenty of choice. Will definitely use it again if in this area.

We stayed one night while travelling through Braganca and did not have a reservation. The hotel is located on the outskirts of town in a somewhat rural area. The hotel including bar and restaurant is huge. Free parking on site for many vehicles. The front desk reception was staffed by Lucia and she was the most pleasant and helpful person one could ask for. Very good English which made the entire experience enjoyable. She went out of her way several times to ensure our needs were taken care of. We checked in in the late afternoon and found out the restaurant did not open till 7:00 pm. Lucia contacted the bar which was open and escorted us there (it’s some distance from the hotel through to the restaurant and the bar). There we were met by the waiter and chef (man and woman) and they literally treated us like royalty. We were the only guests in the bar and they cooked us up a full steak dinner, despite it being outside the dinner hour. The service was impeccable. The hotel room was adequate for what we paid. It was not fancy but very clean and had the basic amenities for a one night stay. Breakfast in the morning again was adequate and the lady managing the breakfast was great at ensuring food items were available. With no central heat, the restaurant and bar were somewhat cool but it was not unbearable. A fireplace was burning which helped to alleviate the coolness. Our room however did have a heater and it was very comfortable. Despite the basic room decor and amenities, I give this hotel 5 stars based on the first class service provided by the bar and restaurant staff and especially Lucia at the front reception.

Been here a few days a go, one of our friends lost his earbud’s from his iPhone there, according to the app it’s still there but no one wants to help finding it..communication is very bad..about the accommodation..bath is small, ac was not working, rooms where cold..reception was bad..we arrived late and we where obliged to leave all of our personal data..though we were 8 people, tired. Breakfast could be much better
