Hotel Estancia Business Class

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Estancia! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. We got there earlier than expected due to attending a nearby wine festival and were so pleased that early check-in was offered at no extra charge. It made a big difference to be able to get settled, freshen up, and change without any hassle. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained and very clean. Our room exceeded expectations — spotless, with plenty of pillows and a very comfortable bed. The entire space felt thoughtfully cared for. The pool area was also clean and inviting, with families enjoying themselves in a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. We had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant and were warmly greeted by Reina, our hostess and waitress. Despite a bit of a language barrier, she was incredibly kind and attentive. The food was delicious, and the coffee was excellent — a perfect start to the day. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Hotel Estancia for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing stay!

I was a little nervous booking a hotel, since this is my first trip to Guadalajara, but this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. First off, the staff is very friendly and go above and beyond, especially the security guard, we got back pretty late one night and he was patrolling, so it made you feel very safe. We stayed in room with two full beds and a pull out couch and still had plenty of space. The continental breakfast only includes a plate of fruit and coffee/juice, but the cost of the other plates is so cheap that it didn’t bother me. The rooms were super clean, the mini split kept the room very cool, the garden area was beautiful, and also plenty of parking if you rent a car (it also felt very safe, a lot of lighting and quick access to your rooms). The pool was nice (very clean) too, it wasn’t crowded (wasn’t a party environment, but very relaxed and family friendly) and had tables and chairs to lounge in. The location was also great, there was a mall within walking distance and centric to everything. All in all, I don’t have a single complaint about this hotel, the price is steal for how nice it is, I will definitely be staying there again and recommend this to everyone, including families.

I stayed there for couple day, the price is good for what they offer. Rooms are nice the service at hotel was good. One of the things that make us take the decision to stay there was the pool however when we got there water was dirty. The reason that I’m giving only 4 stars is because the hotel has a restaurant and the 1st day that my family and I went to have breakfast there and the waiter was very rude. When the waiter captain realized what had happened he apologized and the service changed totally in a good way. I recommend this place because the balance price and quality is excellent.
