Hotel Estelar Miraflores

Great location and views of Miraflores! What we especially enjoyed was meeting Maximo at the hotel’s rooftop restaurant. He went above and beyond and gave us recommendations on where to visit and what to do while in Lima and the surrounding areas which was greatly appreciated! Big thanks to him and the staff at the Hotel Estelar. We hope to return again soon!

I had to cancel my reservation due to an unexpected death in the family and reached out to the hotel via Agoda to request a cancellation fee waiver, explaining the situation. Despite the circumstances, the hotel refused to make any exception. While I understand policies are in place, I was truly hoping for a little empathy during a very difficult time. Other travel providers were more understanding, but unfortunately, this hotel showed no flexibility or compassion. I’m disappointed not just by the financial loss, but by the lack of basic human consideration. I would strongly urge management to reconsider how they handle emergencies — sometimes it’s not just about policy, but about people.

Close to 0 service provided. Priced much higher than quality of the hotel. The room service never refilled our water bottles in the room and on calling reception they said we don’t have water bottles to give at 11pm. To get to the receptionist, you need to call 4 times before they pick up.
