Hotel Estelar Windsor House All Suites

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large living area. However, there was no TV in the living room—only in the bedroom, which was a bit unexpected. The bathroom was well-equipped with everything we needed, but there was limited warm water, which was a bit inconvenient. The biggest downside was the breakfast. For a 4-star hotel, the selection was very poor and inconsistent. One morning, we left still hungry due to the lack of options. The next day was slightly better, but overall, it was disappointing and didn’t meet the standard of the rest of the hotel. Despite this, the stay was enjoyable, but the breakfast and hot water situation could definitely be improved.

Great location, interesting property, very spacious rooms, nice customer service, reasonably priced. Echo previous reviews that breakfast was nothing to write home about, but fits the bill of a continental breakfast. We had next to zero hot water in our first room and were relocated to a room where the hot water eventually functioned after running for a while. However the next room’s refrigerator didn’t work which we reported and were met with shrugs. Our room keys never worked after returning and we always had to schlep back down to the lobby to had them reactivated. Overall, would maybe stay again if ever in bogota, but certain basic services and functions of a hotel one would take for granted were not functioning appropriately.
