As a family of 4 we want to say thank you to the staff working. I want to give special attention to the morning lady with glasses at breakfast she was always polite and smilling. The gent at reception gentleman always kind and thr young gentleman who fixed our evening towels. Thank you for everything. Was fantastic.
What a beautiful Hotel with the most incredibly friendly staff we booked to stay for one night and ended up staying for three because it was so super. The Staff here are so kind & helpful and offered the best advice for what to do, where to go for fun! Thank you Etna Hotel ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
The hotel is nice, it has character and good facilities. The room is a fair size with good air conditioning. It is not permitted to have food in your room which is a bit frustrating. We are in the restaurant one night. The food is good enough. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it. The frustration absolutely comes at location. You absolutely need a hire car and when you do the traffic in the town is horrible. On the first day we didn't have the car and walked 15 minutes to the nearest bakery.... There are no paths it's very dangerous definitely not with children! The staff at the hotel are friendly. I wouldn't repeat my visit purely because of the location.
