Hotel Eurocongressi

It was a lovely experience and I loved the people. Made some very good connections with them and I would recommend this to whoever want to travel to Italy. If you’re looking for a hotel, Eurocongressi Hotel is the one for you. Tonia, Roberto, Michela, all these lovely people made us feel so welcome to their establishment.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Red Fire Ant infestation. Around the hotel, and inside the rooms and on the beds. Have been bitten multiple times and these bugs are lethal and deadly if bitten too many times. Sink and shower is broken and do not work properly. Sink is glided together but still falling apart. The hotel is not clean and there were stains on the carpet. Despite moving our rooms 3 times there was still problems in every room we moved to. The hotel has denied us a refund and then tried to make us sign an agreement to say we will not try to claim a refund or leave a bad reveiw. The agreement was in italian which i could not read so i refused to sign it. The the staff began to threaten me and became very aggressive. In one of the rooms the toilet flushed was broken so the water was gushing all night and we barely got any sleep. We have made a complain every night we stayed there, requesting a refund and a relocation but both were refused and the hotel staff was not able to provide any empathy or support to accommodate the mistake and uncleanliness of the rooms given. When asking to speak to a manger the hotel staff would lie and say the manger was asleep at 7pm and then got on the phone to the manger 10mins later…. Instead of trying to find solutions to the issues we have brought up, they only made excuses and tried to justify the problems which we have experienced. Oh… and the heating does not work in 2/3 rooms we had stayed in. My partner and i have bites all over our body and will most defiantly be seeking compensation for the horrible experience and distress cause to us during our stay. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.

I do not recommend this place, this hotel does not deserve 4 stars. The main problem is the service, which is grumpy, they barely answer good morning. Check-in at the hotel according to the instructions on booking is from 14. However, the room was not prepared and we had to wait for it to be cleaned, which was done quite superficially. The door to the hotel room does not work properly, after leaving the room the door seems to lock, but after some time it unlocks. Three times we found our room open, despite checking whether the door was really locked after leaving the room. The height of impudence was when a hotel employee entered our room AT NIGHT. Yes, the gentleman from the reception knocked earlier, but I do not feel like opening the door to who knows who at 23:30. We thought that after our lack of answer this person would go away, but after a while he opened the door and entered our room. We could have been sleeping at that time! Sick situation, we felt unsafe. The guy explained that they had some errors in the system and wanted to check something, but that did not authorize him to enter the room where there were guests at night. Absurd situation. I advise you to give this hotel a wide berth. I will add that the coffee at breakfast is disgusting by Italian standards, and the breakfast itself is also not the best.
