Hotel Europa Suites St Moritz

From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained; everything from the lobby to the rooms looked good. A special shout-out to the restaurant team: the food was consistently delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that kept every meal interesting. Breakfasts were generous, and dinner felt like dining in a great local bistro each night. We’d particularly like to thank Lothar. He greeted us with a smile every day, anticipated anything we might need, and went out of his way to entertain our young son. His warmth and enthusiasm turned each dinner into a family highlight and truly elevated our stay. Thank you amigo 😉 If you’re looking for perfect service, great food, and genuine hospitality, this is the place.

Overall we had a good stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and did their best to fulfill our wishes. Upon check-in we were also given a transportation card free-of-charge. That was nice. The breakfast was rich, but it was same everyday so that was a bit boring for a 4* hotel. The sauna part of the spa could use some real cleaning. The cold water plunge was so filthy, i didn't even dare to touch it. There was always some typical odor in our room that bothered us. The lack of mini-fridge and tea making facilities was also a minus for us. Despite these shortcomings, will we recommend this hotel? YES!

The hotel’s location is excellent, providing easy access to the beautiful surroundings of St. Moritz. The restaurant staff was attentive and made sure every guest had a pleasant dining experience. The wellness area was another highlight, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Europa St. Moritz for its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, professional staff and warm hospitality. we will definitely return!
