Upon arriving in to lobby, we were met by the front desk women, Donato and Alessia. They both were outstanding, welcoming and accommodating. Great room with a view of the water. Great location. The breakfast was excellent, as was the entire staff. If we are fortunate enough to be in Taranto again, we absolutely will make arrangements to stay again.
Made a very last minute booking here. Staff were warm and helpful, room was great (we had a 'suite' with mezzanine bedroom), location was fantastic, wonderful views of Taranto old town. Tasty breakfast, highly recommend.
We loved Hotel Europa. The rooms are large and have comfy beds. The location is perfect - close to everything! 5 minutes from the Old City and 5 minutes from the commercial center featuring the latest Italian fashions. But the piece de resistance and heart of the hotel is its staff - I was very impressed at their pro-customer approach at all times. From little things like welcoming you back to the hotel every time you come back to more complex issues which required going out of their way to help. We really appreciated everything and wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Europa.
