Good afternoon! We had an unforgettable vacation at the hotel from April 12 to 18. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Wonderful staff at Hotel Europa- i was blown away with how courteous, friendly and helpful they were. This is often hard to find in ski resorts and it was so nice to experience in this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet was great with lots of selection. Very close to the ski lift. Nothing bad to say at all we'd 100% come here again. Highly recommend for a very good hotel stay in Cervinia.
Hotel Europa is well located, near the ski slope and the best restaurants in Cervinia. It offers comfortable rooms, a spa and ski rental. The breakfast was very good. The service was poor. Our room number 004 was cold all 7 days. The heating system did not work, only in our room. We complained about this every day, but the problem was not solved. We were offered a small electric heater on the fourth day. These are not services for a 4-star hotel. I recommended and came to this hotel with a group of 16 friends, but I will not come back here.
