Excellent hotel. Good shower, good beds. Lot of space. They let us in (11h) before check in time (14h) with no charges, amazing.
The best hotel in Irkust so far! Even if you stay just for one night it’s worth it. Great service, very friendly stuff, clean rooms with all amenities, delicious food at the restaurant.
On my first night the hotel’s restaurant turned into a proper nightclub (seemed to be a special event for some companies) that played loud upbeat & base-heavy music, which resonated through the walls from the 1st floor (i.e. ground floor) all the way up to my room on the 5th floor (i.e. top floor). I don’t expect the staff will go out of their way to tell the DJ to turn down the music. However, upon complaining the staff gave me earplugs - which was a nice gesture, but the loud music shouldn’t have been the case! My room (a single room) is fairly small but not claustrophobic, dated but fairly well-maintained. Reception staff (which changes everyday) speak good English, but you’d better have a Google Translate / Yandex Translate to hand, just in case. Good location though. Breakfast on my first and second days were not buffet as advertised (benefit of the doubt - my visit was in December. Probably a low season, hence, buffet wouldn't be cost-effective). The staff just took order instead. The last day was buffet (probably more guests that day?) which was much better.
