Great location. Central and yet open spaces. Friendly staff and great amenities.
Great experience ive had staying a few days at hotel Europe. Amazing service, especially my kudos to receptionists Irina and Anastasia, both were very helpful and kind to us.
Very poor service, business center closed before 7pm, the receptionist, Ksenie, very rude and lied to me and told me the computer outside worked, turned out to be not working, lack of credibility as a so called five stars.
