Hotel Eurostars Arenas de Pinto

Positives: Staff is beyond excellent. Front desk, cleaning personnel, etc just great and helpful. Disliked · First of all dont know why this hotel is rated highly and have a 4* (stars)? Maybe of individual parking garage under executive rooms? I think the worse was the breakfast. Very basic, 0 vegetables - beside grated tomatoes, and from time to time oven backed mix which was not good. If you are "pastry" person, great - you will find very good baked goods, but if you want to eat meat / savory breakfast, you better be prepared to eat sandwich with ham and grated tomatoes every day as i did over 5 nights stay. Location is not greatest - vicinity of the madrid/city dump. Every morning you better not open the window as the gas from the dump spreads around whole place.

Good location and friendly staff. Unfortunately at the time of our stay there was a strong smell of dirty drain water in the lobby. Locks on the doors were broken / not working and breakfast was very unorganised, with tables, juice and glasses being unavailable. The rooms themselves were well equipped and clean.

The rooms are clean but in poor condition. AC didn't work properly in one of the rooms. Corridor music was too load. Very old compared to what I expected. Great location with close proximity to the warner parks.
