Wonderful hotel and staff at front desk. These people became like friends to us and promised to come by to visit us at our new house in one of the pueblos. Excellent location since everything is in walking distance, except el Cristo maybe. Awesome place!
Great location near the Palencia train station and easy access to shopping and dining. Room was clean, spacious, and staff was great. I felt very comfortable during my stay.
Room basis only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No services at all. No cafe and no room service. It is closed for three consecutive days apart from the room. Unbelievable, we made a mistake booking this hotel, but who would expect a 4 star to be so bad. Poor location as well as there are no restaurants close by. Room was very small. Car park only accessible by lift. Suitable only for micro cars.
