Although we didn’t get to stay there, after booking, the hotel sent us a notice that the hotel would be full of children attending a sporting event. Because our main concern was to get a good nights sleep, we explained that and were allowed to cancel. It seems they have very good customer focus and we look forward to staying there on our next trip.
Room was ok for the price, liked the bathroom, good amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer). Bed was 2 mattresses together, but too soft. Only 1 pillow each, would be good to have 2 extra as they were very low. Headboard had quite a few scratches. Room temperature was good, in the morning decided to have breakfast, but for 13€ I expected a bit more. Had scrambled eggs, and sausage, but both totally cold. Hardly any fruit variety. Coffee was good. Orange juice ran out quickly, and it took about 30 minutes to refill. Bread and variety of cakes good, cold meats and cheeses also good. Service treatment at breakfast was average, at reception was good. Overall 4 stars👌
They shouldn’t have advertise AC as an amenity because they have the temperature set of a 23°C for the entire property. You’re not allowed to put a lower even during the summer.
