Place is gorgeous, I want to go back again and take one of the tours because I was not able to. I did the boat, recommended, climb to the top of the tower and view is wonderful. Buffet was delicious. One thing I provided feedback to them while checking out : when I arrived, person did not offer me info about my room location, noting about restaurant and I ended up asking for a map of the property and help with my luggage which she did not ask if I had any.

When booking your stay at this hotel ask if they will host a group meeting during your stay as it might influence the quality of your stay. Hot water will run out, they have no control over noice of partying guests (up to 5am) and restaurant service will take forever… Also be aware that some rooms are very small and sofocating. The view from the restaurant on the lake is beautiful

I was lured by the pictures and the idea of seeing something new and interesting. It was! Is a beautiful place, interesting architecture and layout. But... ran by really cold people. Not courteous at all, just the basic to get my money and give me my key. I had been lacking a full night sleep for a week due to bad hotels and I thought finally I would get lucky. 12:15 I was awaken by loud voices in the hallway. I thought they just arriving to their room. 12:25 I hear loud music, yelling, screaming, happy chanting. Get out of bed to investigate and noticed is coming from the hotel bar 100 ft away from my room. I immediately went to the reception and said to the guy: excuse me, are you guys allowing all this noise at this time? I paid to have some rest.... as I looked to the left of the counter I noticed to full liquor bottles...that was my answer! Yes they were allowing it. So sad. I went to bed to turn and toss thinking. Is it maybe the owners kid having a party? The major of the town? Whoever it is is obviously paying more money than what I paid for my room. Very sad and bad experience, such a beautiful place!!
