Hotel Excellence Inn

Last week, I spent 3 nights in this hotel and everything was perfect ! The room was large, perfectly clean with many amenities. The breakfast is really great with a large choice of dishes and I truly loved it ! Above all, the staff is absolutely the kindest ever : they really do their best to please you and I really appreciated ! If I had to come back to Ankara, I would definitely book again this hotel.

Rooms are comfy, breakfast was OK, nothing special. Coffee was really bad though. The rooms need maintenance. It was 17 degrees in the room and heating is not working because it’s “central” and they did not “turn it on” yet. 5 days till October in Ankara, what are you waiting for, Santa? Couldn’t close window, bathroom door was crooked and needed some “encouragement” to close it. Edit: we had a pleasant chat during check out. Management surely seemed capable and eager of solving problems I had. Mentioned heating was a temporary issue during maintenance and they’d gladly offer extra blankets, a fresh coffee etc. I appreciate their approach and focus on problem solving. As an introvert, I prefer not having multiple phone calls and conversations but it was obvious they would do their best to make my stay a better experience.
