The hotel is in the center of the city. The personal is very helpfull and always very polite. The rooms are clean the procedures are very good. The food (dinners) is under average. You get almost the same food everyday. The meats are tough and tasteless the salad represents chopped vegetables present at the breakfast. The deserts keep repeating. The puddings from Monday were served on Thursday evening with a different toping. You could tell its old as it got detached from the glass.... So the hotel is great except for the diners. I must say that some of the school canteens provide better quality and taste of food. If you want a real tasty diner I suggest restaurant Café Classic. The best food in town. :-)

Very old building with museum upgrades. Comfortable place. Reception staff very helpful. Restaurant staff very polite. I'm still staying here so may have more to say. My room...Ok. Towels changed everyday, but........the toilet and sink have never been washed or cleaned once for the one week that I stayed here so far (staying here for 9 days). For this one point, the four stars I give may go down to one star, but for the fact that the staff are really really good, polite and helpful.

Disappointed by Lack of Understanding and Flexibility. I accidentally booked and paid for this property by mistake, thinking I was booking a property with the same name in Paris. I immediately contacted both the hotel and Booking.com to explain the situation. Despite informing them without delay, the property refused to refund the payment, showing no flexibility or understanding, even though it was an honest error and I had no intention to stay in Czech Republic as I was traveling to Paris. I understand that cancellation policies exist, but in cases of genuine mistakes reported right away, a bit of human empathy and customer care would go a long way. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Travelers should be aware that even a prompt notification won’t guarantee any support or refund from this property, even in good faith situations, so book with caution. How a property chooses to handle such situations says a lot about the people behind it. Very disappointing experience.
