Hotel Executive Inn

Very nice hotel close to choices of restaurants, supermarkets, train station, bus service 1/2 an hour from the airport and shopping. The staff are very welcoming professional and knowledgeable and at hand to help you. I would like to mention some the staff that made my stay very enjoyable Viviana al breakfast, Annalisa who made our room and the 2 Lady's at Reception

I landed here for one night, after 3 days in Lecce and Bari, this was the first hotel that really suited me. The staff are super friendly and helpful, speak several languages. The parking garage of the hotel has to be reserved in advance. Unfortunately it is not directly at the hotel but 2 min walk away, but super uncomplicated to reach. The hotel is located right in the center. Train station is 5 min away and harbor with restaurants also 5 min. On the way you can arrive several stores and supermarkets. Everything is close by, great location. I can highly recommend the hotel, I would also visit privately.

The Hotel Executive Inn is located in the center of town. The rooms are clean and well kept. The hotel offers a good breakfast from 7-10am. Overall, the staff was very kind and helpful. The first hotel concierge we met informed us that the fitness center listed at this hotel was actually next door at the Orientale Hotel and she could reserve it for us whenever we needed it. She also suggested lovely restaurants by the waterfront and in town which was greatly appreciated. The only downside was that our bed was very small and uncomfortable for two people for the three nights we were there. I had alerted another hotel concierge and he insisted we ordered a room with a French bed even though his hotel statement from Expedia was different than the confirmation I had from Agoda which I understood would include two twin beds pushed together - also publicized in the photo online for the room I booked. Despite the different statements we each had, this dilemma could have been easily fixed by offering a solution to fix the room accommodation and make the rest of the stay more comfortable. However, his only response was, “Next time book directly with us.” Otherwise, aside from this issue, the stay was fine.
