Subject: Thank You for the Excellent Hospitality Dear Hotel Manager’s, Expo Hotel, I would like to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had during my stay at Expo Hotel Prague. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way and made our visit truly memorable. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were outstanding, and the staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful. I would particularly like to highlight the plentiful and high-quality breakfast, which was the perfect way to start our day. The hotel’s location was also fantastic – it served as an ideal base for exploring Prague. We greatly appreciated the thoughtful touches and the warm welcome, which made our stay truly special. I am confident that we will choose your hotel again in the future, and I will certainly recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you once again for the excellent hospitality! Best regards, Daniel
Expensive for what it was, but we booked late and clearly that is what you get for a last minute booking at Easter! The days before Easter it was less than half the price we paid and that would be more than fair. Staff were wonderful and always super helpful. Rooms were ok, but at the normal price, they are a good standard. Parking is a bonus in Prague - not many places can offer that and this should be highlighted as a great plus. Also… we had a small child with us and she stayed at no extra cost - another major plus!
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. However Rooms were clean and fresh, receptionists were kind and ready to help. But I had an unpleasant experience at the hotel restaurant. In the evening, I ordered an apple strudel with ice cream and found a hair baked into the pastry, which completely ruined my appetite. I didn’t finish the dessert and informed the waitress about the hair. She looked surprised and simply said it wasn’t their fault but the kitchen’s, then took the plate away. Later, I came back for a coffee and told a different waitress about what had happened. Again, she said it wasn’t their fault but the kitchen’s. While I was drinking my coffee, one of the waitresses brought me an “apology drink” card — a nice gesture, I thought, and decided to let it go. The next day, I came back to use the card and ordered an Aperol. The waiter told me that Aperol wasn’t included in the “apology drink” options. A bit later, my friend joined me and ordered a non-alcoholic mojito — that wasn’t included either. We paid for our drinks and left the hotel with an unpleasant feeling. I won’t be returning.
