Bad due to incompetence of the Hotel manager. Security under-zero front the beach side. Very Dirty. Simply, avoid this hotel.
Do NOT, I repeat, Do NOT book in this hotel. Where to start... There is MOLD in the showers and tubs, extremely old hotel so you will experience plumbing issues. The exterior of the hotel is extremely dirty, dirty carpets, floors and elevators. Customer service is none existent. The patio doors do not close all the way creating a noise with the wind, you will feel in a scary movie. The electric outlets in our room DID NOT WORK. We had plumbing issues as well. When we opened the bed covers I found hair. If you do decide to book after reading this make sure to NOT charge expenses to your room. If you do, you will end up paying more. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Proceed at your own risk.
Like everybody on this page, I am going to say same things. Like people did over and over. Rooms are needs to be fixed. There is no ac or heat. There is no internet. They have internet for rooms, but if it’s mostly does not work, that means there is no internet. I asked them to fixed many times, and they said everytime that they will, but never fixed. In these season at nights are little bit cold but they don’t care what you are saying. Foods are needs to be improve. The case of food is less important thing than heat and internet. This hotel not even 2 stars hotel. They have a sign at the hotel’s wall that saying 4 stars, but it’s a big big lie. I am not recommend people to come and stay here. Regards.
