Hotel F6

The staff and the breakfast were remarkable. Both absolute top quality! Receptionists were always quick to help/recommend and made sure the information was accurate and easy to follow. Every item and aspect of breakfast was the best quality you can get. The variety, freshness, presentation was breathtaking. Breakfast staff was cheerful polite and yet unobtrusive. The lady at the bar at night was fun, inventive, joking, cool, as if a friend who is into cocktails has you over for drinks. Brilliant encounters at every contact.

Oh my! This is a multi-award winning hotel for good reason. The rooms are beautiful, in look & feel. The furnishings are so tasteful and charming; the bed and linens superlative. From the moment we stepped to the Reception Desk, we were greeted with warmth, which was followed with helpful suggestions & assistance. The breakfast buffet is a work of art, with dozens of dishes beautifully displayed & constantly replenished. (Best herring I’ve ever eaten.) The housekeeping staff was also exceptional and the hotel’s location is hard to beat. I wish Helsinki were closer so we could be regulars at F6. It is a gorgeous hotel.

With only one night in Helsinki, Hotel F6 was definitely the right choice. The central location made it easy to sightsee all day. I have rarely encountered such helpful, polite and friendly staff. Luke at the front desk was super helpful checking us in late at night. He sent us an email with recommendations for our day in Helsinki. I unfortunately do not remember the name of the young lady the next day, in the afternoon (7/26/25) at the front desk who recommended a restaurant for dinner. She was very helpful and did not steer us wrong. We had a wonderful authentic Finnish dinner at a great spot. The room was lovely, modern and beautifully decorated. Delicious breakfast as well. The staff was also lovely during breakfast. 5 stars to Hotel F6! I highly recommend this hotel.
