My overall experience was perfect. I was staying in the new building. Room was big and clean. I had pretty big balcony. Bathroom was also big and clean. Breakfast was nice. Thanks for the service.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff very helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Food was delicious and freshly made. Good quality ingredients. I highly recommend this hotel👍🙌
The hotel was very nice and modern. The breakfast was also good. The fruits and cheeses very good, and the pasticciotti excellent. The coffee was terribly unfortunately, and the juices of very low quality. Our room was not in the main building. The building was very nice. The room was fine and very well cleaned. The major problem was the interior temperatures of the room/building. It was hot like a sauna. One had to choose between sleeping with the AC strongly on and wake up sick, or feel bad during the night with the temperatures. The corridor/floor was even worst. I strongly think this structure and the temperature control systems should be revisited by the administration. Staff members were friendly and nice.
