Hotel Faranda Bolivar Cucuta A Member Of Radisson

I had a wonderful experience with my family in this hotel. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. They have fresh water with lemon and coffee while you wait. The hotel looks like a hacienda with mango trees all over the place. They have 2 pools but I tried to use the one in the back and there were having a fitness class in it. The pool at the front is clean and has a good size. The hotel is less than 20 mins from the airport and 15 mins from the downtown area. It’s located on an avenue so restaurants and stores aren’t that close by, but there are plenty of taxis and the hotel can call you one. The restaurant has delicious food at affordable prices. Room service is excellent. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Breakfast is included and buffet style. They won’t change sheets and towels everyday but they’ll give you fresh ones if you request them, otherwise they’ll be changed them every 3 days. The bathrooms need more attention as they weren’t that clean. Bring your toiletries as they won’t provide toothpaste. There is a nightclub behind the building and it can be a bit loud depending of how close your room is to it. It has everything you need to have a great weekend in Cucuta and we feel safe the whole time. I’d recommend it for a family vacation.

It’s always a treat to stay at this hotel in Cucuta. You basically have everything you need on hand. Pool side food/beverage service can be improved tho. Their breakfast are to die for, and it’s included in your room rate!
