Good hotel. One of the reasons I booked is because the listing on Agoda said there's an onsite Spa. The receptionist said it closed at the Pandemic and never re-opened so that is an inaccurate listing. They play the music at the pool a bit too loud but otherwise I would stay here again if I ever went back to BAQ and do recommend it to other travelers.

Great service and staff. Restaurant staff was very helpful. Front desk was very helpful. Location is in congested area with busy streets. Room was spacious and bedding was wonderful but no fridge, coffee, or microwave in the room. Shower pressure was ok.

I did my reservation through Booking and stayed there last week and for some reason it is not letting me write the review. The experience can be summarized as: - The rooms looks antique, and hasn't been modernized, it can be noticed on the electrical sockets that has a darkish yellow color, and the old air conditioner system concentrates too much humidity which is something that can be improved with a dehumidifier - Cleaning service was great, leaving the room impecable - Hotel Reception was friendly. - Only 1 of 2 elevators worked Restaurant service was terrible: - It took them too much time to offer coffee, they were stationed at one place without moving, which forced me to stand up and go where the coffee cart was to either serve it myself or ask them to do it - Poor planning regarding the breakfast drinks, the restaurant opens at 6 am and one day at 7:30 am they ran out of the red juice they were serving and started serving oatmeal as drink. - When arriving at the restaurant most of the time, there was no staff present welcoming at the buffet and letting you in, and waiting times to write you down to let you in could be between 5 - 10 min
