Great resort, with several pools. Food is excellent and staff is really nice. Be aware that there is a reasonable amount of noise at night coming from a fan equipment if you stay at rooms 700 to 900. If possible, ask to change that it is really annoying!
Nice hotel. Lots os space. Not suitable for people with special needs who use wheelchairs. Many climbs between the different areas.
The hotel has a good structure, surrounded with native nature. The food is good and there are many attractives, like horse ride and swimming pool. But, it is not accessible to wheelchair users since the ramps have more than 35° inclination and are some slippy for people pushing it. Many places have one step stair to get there. The service staff is not very good with dealing with a large number of guests at same time. The electronic system of bar/restaurant presented problems two of the three days that I was there. This place with few improvements may become one really good place to connect with nature and relax with family or alone.
