Rooms are sound proof, there is parking, and breakfast is free depending on the package you order, its near Toyonaka station which can take you to the Osaka city. And there are many restaurants near the station especially a kobe burger shop. And there is a coin laundry nearby too though its like a 9 minute walk. I don't know if the hotel offers laundry service but I never tried asking because I am dumb. And you can order food from your hotel room, when ordering breakfast it has to be the night before and not in the morning.
We stayed three nights and I was impressed by the value for money. Great service, good food, bedrooms are of high standard and very spacious. There is even a projector. The bathroom is huge. 👌. I could go running along the Senri river and along a path adjacent to the airport runway. So happy about this. Last but not least, all the staff were amazing!
On this recent family trip to Osaka, we stayed at four lodgings with similar prices, but this one was by far the best and the best quality I've ever stayed at. Other people's reviews said it was a love hotel, and now that I think about it, the bath had bubbles and a light. My family was really happy with the bubbles (lol). The bathroom partition was clear glass, so in retrospect, it makes sense that it was originally a love hotel. The room was quite spacious and had every convenience, including a massage chair and a water dispenser. There was also a large-screen TV. Next to the front desk, there were free drinks, a choice of six types of daiginjo sake (one glass only), wine, and nuts. On weekdays only, there is an all-you-can-drink alcohol plan (from check-in? until 11:59 PM), and it's apparently free in some rooms. I paid 2,000 yen (in the room, not alone. It's a bargain when there are a large group of people!) for a beer. You can order food from your room, but there was an Osho restaurant nearby, so I enjoyed some gyoza and beer. My family and I all agreed that this hotel was the best. Be careful of steps. I walked in the dark and accidentally hit my foot on the bed (ouch).
