Hotel Felix

Truly stellar staff. Among the best I've seen in years if not a decade. Rooms are tastefully appointed and the location is difficult to top. Overall I'd say this hotel is a definite hidden gem in Chicago and very much worth prioritizing. It's also right next to some of the best beefs in Chicago, transit, and an easy walk to museums. Honestly just go here. These guys are legit.

Rachel at the front desk provided incredible customer service. She was very friendly, helped us get checked in, made sure we were comfortable while we waited for the room to be cleaned and inspected, and made sure we were set on transportation to where we wanted to go. She was so delightful.

It's a nice hotel in a good location. The rooms were spotless, stocked with what we needed for our overnight stay, and the staff was communicative. I think it's a bit expensive for what it is, given there's no complimentary breakfast (they have bananas), but that's River North. I would recommend you stay here if you need somewhere reliable and clean. Adorably, the room keys are in the shape of the bean.
