Hotel Felsenhof

We had an amazing holiday, exceptional service, great place for both adults and kids, every detail has been thoroughly thought for families. Rooms are great and comfy, food was really good, amenities where amazing, location couldnt be better and the service was a ten out of ten! The only thing that I could think of that could be improve, is to have more signs and labels in english for non german speakers, specially in the buffet. Thanks to everyone in Hotel Felsenhof for making our holiday amazing!

Beautiful modern hotel that is built with family and young children in mind. From the restaurants with assigned family seating and high chairs already placed at the table, to the play areas with childcare or open play areas both indoors and large playground outdoors, to bike rentals and farm visit. We did have an issue with the heat in our room as we stayed in spring as the hotel just reopened for the summer, but the staff handled it well and I appreciate that. Unless you need the space, I’d recommend staying in the main building, we stayed in Haus Antonia which was convenient and spacious, but lacked comfortable living room sofa and decorations to make it feel more homey. But outside of those issues, it’s a wonderful family hotel with many details they get right. I’d recommend especially for winter holidays due to location.

We spent 5 nights in the hotel with our 5 year old. We had so much fun and everything was amazing. The food was exceptionally good. The kids buffet is great just like the playground in the restaurant. It was nice to finally enjoy a quiet meal while our son had fun playing with other kids. Our room was very big and comfortable. The outdoor pool is huge and has an amazing view. Ski lockers were very handy as well after playing and sledging in the snow. I would 100% recommend to book a holiday in the hotel :)
